The design
A jaali is a stone screen cut into lattice, made to let in air and light while keeping the street at a distance. JAALI takes the eight-pointed khatam star, two square grids turned against each other, and carves it into the back as a shallow relief.
Materials
Printed in powder-bed TPU, a firm, slightly yielding material that needs no supports, then bead-blasted, coloured and lined in microfibre by hand. More on materials

Care
Wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Keep away from solvents and prolonged direct heat. Let it dry fully before fitting it back on the phone.

The design
The pierced stone screens of Mughal architecture, in low relief.
A jaali is a stone screen cut into lattice, made to let in air and light while keeping the street at a distance. JAALI takes the eight-pointed khatam star, two square grids turned against each other, and carves it into the back as a shallow relief.
The camera column sits inside a smooth band whose top rises into a cusped arch, like a window set into the screen. The lattice stops on it with a clean step, and stops again around the halo, a plain circle at the centre of the pattern.

We print it, once
Your case is printed for you alone in powder-bed TPU, a process that needs no supports and leaves an even, satin surface. Nothing is made in advance.
We finish it by hand
Each case is bead-blasted, coloured, lined in microfibre and checked for fit before it leaves the atelier, five to seven days after you order.
