In these Terms of Sale, "Cassien", "we", "us", or "our" refers to Cassien. By placing an order through this storefront, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Made to order, and when the contract forms

All phone cases offered on our storefront are manufactured to order in India in powder-bed TPU and finished by hand. We hold no stock of finished cases.

When you submit an order through our storefront, your order constitutes an offer to purchase a custom-made product. The contract of sale between you and Cassien is formally concluded only when your payment is confirmed by our payment gateway.

Upon payment confirmation, we issue an electronic order confirmation email detailing your selected specifications. Production commences shortly thereafter. Details regarding manufacturing timeframes and transit are set out in our Shipping policy.

Pricing and payment

All prices displayed on the Cassien storefront are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at statutory rates.

Because each case is produced specifically to individual order, full payment must be completed at the time of purchase. We do not provide cash on delivery or deferred credit terms.

Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not collect or store your payment card numbers, banking credentials, or UPI details.

Customer responsibility for personalisation

Our storefront configuration tool allows you to specify your handset model, surface pattern, colour, texture intensity, and custom monogram characters.

Each case is manufactured exactly to the parameters selected during ordering. You bear sole responsibility for verifying that the handset model selected corresponds to your physical device, and that all monogram characters, spacing, and capitalisation are correct.

Once production has started in our atelier, customisation details cannot be amended. Conditions governing pre-production cancellations and fit remedies are set out in our Returns and the Perfect-Fit Promise policy.

Material characteristics and colour representation

Cassien cases are crafted from thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) using powder-bed fusion, followed by individual hand finishing and surface treatment.

Digital displays represent colours through RGB illumination, whereas physical materials reflect ambient light through applied dyes and textural geometry. The colour, surface texture, and finish of the completed case may differ slightly from the digital renderings and photographic representations displayed on your screen.

Subtle variations in textural depth and surface tone are characteristic of additive manufacturing and hand finishing. They reflect the way each case is made rather than manufacturing defects.

Product protection and limitation of liability

Cassien cases are engineered to provide everyday protection against surface scratches, abrasion, and minor everyday impacts.

Our cases are protective accessories; they do not constitute an absolute guarantee against screen breakage, glass fracture, structural deformation, internal component failure, or water damage resulting from extreme impact, heavy drops, or severe accidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Cassien shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or physical damage to the mobile device used in conjunction with the case.

Intellectual property

All design geometries, relief patterns, algorithms, trade dress, product titles, texts, visual imagery, and graphics published on this storefront are the exclusive intellectual property of Cassien.

The purchase of a case conveys ownership of the individual physical article only. You do not acquire any copyright, design registration, patent right, or licence to replicate, digitise, 3D-scan, reverse-engineer, or commercially reproduce our designs.

Privacy and personal data

We process personal data gathered in connection with your purchase in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. For details regarding data collection, storage, and your statutory privacy rights, please review our Privacy policy.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale, their subject matter, and any contractual or non-contractual disputes arising under them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to an order placed on the Cassien storefront shall be instituted exclusively in the competent courts located at Noida, India.
