Nothing made in advance
Why every Cassien case is printed only after you order it.

Most phone cases are made by the hundred thousand, months before anyone buys them, in colours someone guessed would sell. We make one at a time, after you ask.
A file, not a shelf
When you finish composing your case, the colour, the depth of the pattern, the monogram and the details you chose are saved as a configuration. That configuration becomes a print file, and the print file becomes your case. There is no warehouse of finished cases behind the site, only the drawings and the material.
What it allows
Making to order is what lets us offer a monogram debossed into the back, rather than printed on. It is what lets us keep five colourways and three pattern depths for each design without a single unsold case. And it means that when a phone changes, we change a drawing, not a stockroom.
The only case we make is the one someone is waiting for.
What it asks
It asks for a little patience. Each case leaves the atelier five to seven days after you order: time to print it, blast it to a satin finish, dye it, line it by hand and check it against the phone. It also means we cannot take a case back simply because you changed your mind. If it does not fit, or it is not right, we make it again. That is our Perfect-Fit Promise.
We think the wait is part of it. Something made for you should take a few days.
